Strawberry Cheesecake

It’s been a minute since I baked, it’s actually been a few years but it was Mother’s Day and my mum made a request. 

To be completely honest with you, I lost my passion for baking, as it is an expensive hobby and I just didn’t have the time.

Maybe it’s time for me to revisit this hobby of mine.
