I specialise in helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, family conflicts and coping with life changes. In addition to my diverse range of therapeutic approaches, I am also able to provide Christian-based therapy as one of my practices.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, I ensure that the therapeutic experience is tailored to meet the unique and specific needs of each client. I understand that taking the first step to sign up for therapy can require courage, and I commend you for taking that step.

​Dana has a background in Psychology and qualified to Masters level, with and additional qualification in Postgraduate Counselling and Education. She is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Due to her passion for working with people through their challenges, she founded her private practice called Emotional Development, which aims to tackle and overcome negative patterns of thought and behavior via therapeutic interventions. She has worked with a range of presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, friendships, relationships, attachment styles, childhood trauma, life transitions, sexual abuse, work place stress, etc. and holds the client’s frame of reference, faith and cultural background in view while working.
Dana is also Christian and one of the Pastors at her home church, Salem International Christian Centre, leading young adults (aged 27-35 years old) to love and serve God.
She hosts events for fun, loves travelling and thoroughly enjoys good conversation with good food and lots of laughs.
Toniann Rizk

I have an MSc in integrating counselling and life coaching and a diploma in personal performance coaching. I have been working one - to - one with young people and adults for 8 years in various settings such as a college counsellor, ABA therapist, trauma counsellor for the TFL and a mentor with Enfield council. I work intagratively, combining various counselling approaches such as person-centred, gestalt and the humanistic approach.
My main focus is on the here and now, focusing on how situations make you feel in the present moment, how you perceive situations, the understanding you gain from your situations and noticing immediate thoughts and how you felt in the moment. It’s good for people who want to understand certain emotions they may carry or behaviours they may have and understand where they came from and how we move forward with dealing with it.

My platform is aimed towards Black males from the age of 18 who have experienced different traumas in life, however, it is not limited to males only. Targeting those who have grown up in the 'Ends'.
