Victoria Sponge Cake

December has always been a busy month for me, my mums birthday is on the 16th, my Grandads was on the 24th, Christmas on the 25th and my sisters on the 27th.

It’s definitely busy but in a good way, this year my mum asked me to make her a Victoria sponge cake, so I took on the challenge.
