After my morning workout, I had a extra sweet brunch. I made a banana and strawberry smoothie with a hint of orange juice and a dash of cinnamon.
It was real good! I felt like eating egg today so I went for a good old boiled egg sandwich with seeded bread.
I also made the same smoothie for Grandma, but added two kiwi’s (talk about a sugar rush), it looked really colourful. I told her I was going to post it on the internet and guess what she said ‘Let me get on my dancing shoes’ LOL!
