I think that this month has been my season for baking. I’ve made about 5 cakes in the past two weeks and I would say 3/5 of them have been what I would call a success. This is like world record for me, I am still learning (not quite ready for The Great British Bake Off) but I can gradually see that my skills are improving.
It’s made me happy when people have said they’ve enjoyed what I’ve made for them so for the rest of the month I will keep doing it.
